We curtail a Contract. For the avoidance of doubt, a curtailment fee is a fee applied if a Contract commences but does not last the length of the booked duration or where the Contract does not commence but You have arrived at the venue. Where applicable, You will be paid for Your actual time in line with clause 2.1 Rates and Travel above and You will be paid an additional fee of £32 if a Contract is curtailed. The curtailment fee will apply if either the following two situations arise.
