We may. (a) cease Service Cover if you are late making your payments under this Agreement; (b) demand additional charges for time and materials used for repairs carried out as a result of improper or incorrect use or operation of the Equipment or due to damage or theft (if you have not opted for ValueMax) or the use of consumables which in our opinion are incompatible with the Equipment; (c) charge for work carried out outside of Normal Business Hours or for work which cannot conveniently be carried out on site.
