Weather Permitting Calls. (a) When the scheduled photography is cancelled by Producer because of weather conditions, a sideline musician reporting pursuant to a “weather-permitting” call shall be paid one-half (½) day of pay, which shall entitle the Producer to hold the sideline musician for not exceeding four (4) hours; the sideline musician shall receive two (2) hours of pay (at straight time) for each additional two (2) hours or fraction thereof, during which he/she is thereafter so held.
