The 'Weekly Employees' clause defines the terms and conditions that apply specifically to employees who are paid on a weekly basis. Weekly Employees. The provisions of this clause shall not apply during the first four weeks of employment. Such four weeks shall be deemed to be a period of trial during which the employment may be terminated by the employer or the employee on 24 hours' notice.
