Weekly Employees. The provisions of this clause shall not apply during the first four weeks of employment. Such four weeks shall be deemed to be a period of trial during which the employment may be terminated by the employer or the employee on 24 hours' notice.

Weekly Employees. Employee shall receive work time credit for each holiday not worked in an amount equal to the minimum call specified in the schedule under which employee is employed. Said amount shall be paid as compensation for readiness to perform services even though no actual work is required.
Weekly Employees. 6.1.1. Ordinary hours of work are 38 hours per week (less for a part-time employee), plus reasonable additional hours that we may require you to work for us. 6.1.2. The maximum ordinary hours of any one shift will be 10, or up to 12 by agreement. 6.1.3. The maximum number of days on which ordinary time is to be worked are not to exceed 20 in any four weeks. 6.1.4. Where practicable and convenient to business requirements, you will be rostered off for at least 2 consecutive days in each week unless mutally agreed.
Weekly Employees. 8.1.1. All hours worked over 38 ordinary hours, will be deemed to be additional hours. From time to time, you may be required to work a reasonable amount of additional hours. 8.1.2. All additional hours, or hours otherwise outside ordinary hours, worked will be paid at time and one half of your base ordinary rate (note this does not include any other penalty loadings). Where your total continuous hours worked (except for meal or rest breaks) on any day will exceed 12 hours, or in any week will exceed 44 hours, then you will be paid at double time instead for that additional time.
Weekly Employees. All work performed on any of the abovementioned days (except Christmas Day and Good Friday) shall be paid for at the ordinary rate of pay for a rostered working day multiplied by two and one-half with a minimum payment as for seven hours 36 minutes (except in the case of litter bin collection or other agreed areas including emergency pump outs or the removal of dead animals where the minimum payment shall be as for four hours work.) For all work performed on Christmas Day and Good Friday, the ordinary rate of pay for a rostered working day multiplied by three shall be paid with a minimum payment as for seven hours 36 minutes work. (Except in the case of litter bin collection or other agreed areas including emergency pump outs or the removal of dead animals where the minimum payment shall be as for four hours' work.)

Weekly Employees. (a) Termination (i) Employment shall be terminated, apart from clause 2.7.3, by the following notice being given on either side, or at the election of the Employer, by payment in lieu of notice. Not more than 1 year 1 week More than 1 year but not more than 3 years 2 weeks More than 3 years but not more than 5 years 3 weeks More than 5 years 4 weeks Where the employee has completed at least 2 years of continuous service and is over 45 years’ old, the Employer will provide an additional week’s notice to the employee. Such notice shall be given at any time during the week but if given at any time within the employee's ordinary working hours shall apply from the usual finishing time for the day except where payment is made in lieu of notice, in which case, time is calculated from the time of the notice. In lieu of notice, the employer may pay wages and vice versa. (ii) A weekly employee leaving his or her employment without notice shall forfeit the entitlement to receive wages during the notice period, which may be deducted from wages due, other than wages for annual leave accrued but not taken.
