Network Security 10.1 Protection of Service and Property. Each Party shall exercise the same degree of care to prevent harm or damage to the other Party and any third parties, its employees, agents or End User Customers, or their property as it employs to protect its own personnel, End User Customers and property, etc.
Data Security and Privacy 12.1 SERVICE PROVIDER acknowledges the importance of Data Security and agrees to adhere to the Terms and Conditions of the Data Security Policy of IIMC.
JOB SECURITY 23.01 Subject to the willingness and capacity of individual employees to accept relocation and retraining, the Employer will make every reasonable effort to ensure that any reduction in the work force will be accomplished through attrition.
UNION SECURITY AND DUES DEDUCTION Section 3.1. The Union shall fairly represent all employees covered under this Agreement. Therefore, as a condition of employment, employees who are covered under this Agreement shall, within (Thirty) 30 days of employment or within (thirty) 30 days of the effective date of this Agreement (whichever is later), be afforded the opportunity to execute a union membership and payroll dues deduction form and their dues shall be deducted from their payroll checks. UNION SECURITY AND CHECK-OFF 5.01 All present seniority employees who are currently members of the Union will be required to continue to be members of the Union as a condition of employment for the duration of this Agreement.
Security Audit Customer agrees that PROS’ Audit Report will be used to satisfy any audit or inspection requests by or on behalf of Customer, and PROS will make Audit Reports available to Customer upon request. PROS will promptly remediate any material weaknesses or significant control deficiencies identified in any Audit Reports. In the event that an audit opinion is qualified and the qualification has not been remediated by the date of the Audit Report, PROS shall (i) provide Customer with PROS remediation plan; and (ii) execute such plan in accordance with its terms.
