The Contractor shall use different interactive functions to make information on the Website accessible to the public including, but not limited to: videos, info-graphics, and images; 2. The Website shall include a real-time, comprehensive, and searchable data base of resources available locally to include the following at a minimum: BH crisis services, IDD crisis services, long-term services and supports as they related to behavioral health, veterans’ BH services, and substance use disorder services; 3. The Website shall include links to city, county, state, and national agencies that provide services and supports for persons with BH, IDD, or co-occurring needs; 4. The Contractor shall ensure that all Website content adheres to Federal and State accessibility requirements and is tested for compliance prior to the Website launch; 5. The Contractor shall ensure that the Website is accessible on a mobile device (iPhone and android); 6. The Contractor shall ensure the Website is accessible through the following internet browsers and interface mechanisms fully supported by their manufacturers: a. Microsoft® Internet Explorer versions actively supported by Microsoft; b. Microsoft® Edge c. Mozilla Firefox versions actively supported by Mozilla; d. Google Chrome; and e. Safari (Mac). 7. The Contractor shall use the Accessibility guidelines described at the following website: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx.xxxxx.xxx/policy_htm/default.htm to ensure compliance to the latest Accessibility Standards in use by the Texas Health and Human Services (HHS) agencies; 8. The Contractor, in order to document the level of Accessibility Compliance, must complete the Voluntary Product Accessibility Template (VPAT) located at this website: xxxxx://xxx.xxxx.xxx/dotAsset/c45e601e-6339-453f-9401- 65546ad1f841.doc; 9. The Contractor shall make the Website available for testing either by the HHSC Accessibility staff or a mutually-agreed upon independent third party that is qualified to guarantee Accessibility compliance; and 10. The Contractor shall perform the Services in compliance with all federal and state laws and industry standards as they may be updated from time-to-time, including but not limited to Texas Administrative Code (TAC) 1 Chapter 202 and any required notices and/or disclosures to Website visitors as required by applicable law with respect to terms of use and privacy. WEBSITE FUNCTIONALITY. The GISW SimpleCity product is a template application that will be configured to contain all appropriate data layers and tools required by the Client. GISW will supply the template as-is and configure it for the Client; requested custom changes to the interface and associated features can only be made in coordination with other clients and may involve additional costs. USER MODES AND DATA LAYERS The SimpleCity will have different available user modes and data layers. The Client’s SimpleCity site can be populated with the following utility tabs and data layers, provided the data is delivered to GISW in the proper GIS-Compatible Format (shapefile, geodatabase, or Excel spreadsheet with (x,y) coordinates) at the time of development and implementation:

This provision also applies to the School’s online content and functionality developed by, maintained by, or offered through a third-party vendor or by using open sources. c) Within thirty (30) days of receiving OCR’s approval of the Plan for New Content, the School will officially adopt, and fully implement the amended policies and procedures.
