Client Agreement 2.1. The Company may unilaterally change any terms of this Client Agreement for any of the following reasons:
Photograph Waiver The Resident grants permission to the Institution and/or the Manager to use photographs or videotapes taken of the Resident in or about the Residence for use (i) in advertising, direct mail, brochures, newsletters and magazines relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, (iii) in electronic versions of the same publications or on web sites or other electronic form or media relating to the Institution, the Manager or the Residence, and (iii) on display boards within the Residence or the Institution, all without notification. The Resident waives any right to inspect or approve any finished photograph or videotape or any electronic matter that may be used in conjunction with a photograph or videotape now or in the future and waives any right to royalties or other compensation arising from or related to the use of any such photograph, videotape or electronic matter.
Photography State may grant permits to persons or corporations engaged in the production of still and motion pictures and related activities for the use of the Premises for such purposes when such permission shall not interfere with the primary business of Concessionaire. Such permits shall not be deemed to be a competitive activity with regard to Concessionaire’s rights to possession and operation under this Contract.
Photographic Release Resident gives permission to Owner and Management, to use, without liability or remuneration, any photograph or photographic image taken of the Resident while participating in Building sponsored events, or while the Resident is in the common areas, public spaces, grounds, or offices of the Building. The use of the Resident’s photograph or photographic image shall in no way be used in any other forum other than for legitimate business purposes.
PHOTOGRAPH RELEASE You give your permission to us to use any photograph or photographic image including video or video stills taken of you while you are in any Common Areas of the Community or at any Community sponsored events. You hereby grant us and any of our affiliates, successors or someone authorized by us, the irrevocable and unrestricted right and permission to copyright, in its own name or otherwise, the unlimited use of your image, without restriction as to changes or alterations, made through any medium, for any legal purpose whatsoever. You also consent to the use of any printed matter in conjunction therewith. You hereby waive any right that you may have to inspect or approve the finished product and the advertising copy or other matter that may be used in connection therewith or the use to which it may be applied. You hereby release, discharge, and agree to hold harmless us and any of our affiliates, successors or someone authorized by us, for all claims and demands arising out of or in connection with the use of the images taken of you, including without limitation any and all claims for libel, false light or invasion of privacy.
Client Agreements Supplier will have a direct contract with, or provide its standard Product or Service terms directly to, Client, which will be enforceable solely between Client and Supplier, for all terms related to Client’s receipt and use of Products and Services (each a “Client Agreement”), other than the payment, risk of loss, and delivery terms that are contracted directly with Accenture.
PHOTOGRAPHS AND VIDEOS Resident consents to Owner’s use of photographs and/or video images of the Resident and the Premises, including those taken at functions or events sponsored by the Community, for the purpose of advertising the Community or other similar communities owned or operated by Owner. Owner may use these images in advertising, websites, and social networking sites such as Facebook for marketing and promotional purposes. Resident consents to the publication of these images and waives any claims against Owner for use of such images.
Student Agreement The acceptable and unacceptable uses of the Charter School network and the Internet are described in this “Student Acceptable Use Agreement." By signing this agreement, I acknowledge that I have read, understand and agree to abide by the provisions of the attached Student Acceptable Use Policy. I understand that any violations of the above could result in the immediate loss of electronic computing and may result in further disciplinary and/or legal action, including but not limited to suspension, or referral to legal authorities. I also agree to report any misuse of the Charter School network to school site teacher or administrator. Misuse can come in many forms but can be viewed as any messages sent or received that indicate or suggest pornography, unethical or illegal solicitation, racism, sexism, inappropriate language, and other issues described under the unacceptable uses in this Acceptable Use Policy. I realize that all the rules of conduct described in this Charter School Acceptable Use Policy, procedures, and handbooks apply when I am using the Charter School network. I understand that it is impossible for the Charter School to restrict access to all controversial materials, and I will not hold the Charter School, responsible for materials acquired on the Charter School network or Internet. I also agree to report any misuse of these electronic resources to the school administrator. I accept full responsibility for my child should they use remote connections when available to the Charter School network in a non- school setting. I hereby give my permission to issue an account for my child to use the Charter School network and Internet. I release the Charter School, its affiliates and its employees from any claims or damages of any nature arising from my child or dependent’s access and use of the Charter School network. I also agree not to hold the Charter School responsible for materials improperly acquired on the system, or for violations of copyright restrictions, user’s mistakes or negligence, or any costs incurred by users. Photographic/Recording Release I hereby grant and convey unto the Released Parties all right, title and interest in any and all photographs and video/audio/electronic recordings of me, including as to my name, image and voice, made by or on behalf of any of the Released Parties during my Activities with the Released Parties, including, but not limited to, the right to use such materials for any purpose and to any royalties, proceeds or other benefits derived from them. I understand that I will not have any ownership interest in or to such photographs, images and/or recordings, I have not been provided or promised any compensation to me, and I hereby waive any rights, privileges or claims based on any right of publicity, privacy, ownership or any other rights arising, relating to or resulting from the photographs, images and/or recordings. I understand and agree that this paragraph also applies to my minor child(ren) who are volunteering.
