Weekly Period. (a) From the date of issuance of the Bonds until the next following Conversion Date, and from any subsequent Conversion Date after which the Bonds will bear interest at the Weekly Rate until the next following Conversion Date (the “Weekly Period”), the Bonds shall bear interest at the Weekly Rate, as hereinafter described. (b) The Weekly Rate will be determined by the Remarketing Agent (and the authority to so determine the rate is hereby delegated by the Issuer to the Remarketing Agent) on (i) the date of issuance of the Bonds for the period beginning on the date of issuance of the Bonds and ending on the following Tuesday and (ii) each Wednesday for the period beginning on such Wednesday and ending on the following Tuesday, in each case, as follows: the interest rate shall be established at a rate equal to the interest rate per annum that, in the sole judgment of the Remarketing Agent, taking into account prevailing financial market conditions, would be the minimum interest rate required to sell the Bonds at a price of Par on such date. Upon determining the Weekly Rate, the Remarketing Agent shall notify the Trustee and the Company of such rate by telephone or such other manner as may be appropriate on the date of such determination, which notice shall be promptly confirmed in writing. Such notice shall be provided by not later than 2:00 P.M. New York City time. If any Wednesday is not a Business Day, then the Weekly Rate shall be established on the next succeeding Business Day. (c) The determination of the Weekly Rate (absent manifest error) shall be conclusive and binding upon the Issuer, the Company, the Trustee, the Credit Provider (if any), and the Owners of the Bonds. If for any reason the Remarketing Agent shall fail to establish the Weekly Rate, the Bonds shall bear interest at the Weekly Rate last in effect.

Only agreement between The Arrows Express Pty Ltd and the larger majority of employees may alter the weekly period at any time.

Each determination by Administrative Agent of an interest rate or fee hereunder shall be conclusive and binding for all purposes, absent manifest error.

  • Funding Period The Funding Period, if any, shall not have terminated.

  • Holiday Falling on a Scheduled Workday An Employee who works on a designated holiday which is a scheduled workday shall be compensated at the rate of double time for hours worked, plus a day off in lieu of the holiday; except for Christmas and New Year's when the compensation shall be at the rate of double time and one-half (2½) for hours worked, plus a day off subject to this Agreement.

  • Contract Year A twelve (12) month period during the term of the Agreement commencing on the Effective Date and each anniversary thereof.

  • VALUATION PERIOD Each Division will be valued at the end of each Valuation Period on a Valuation Date. A Valuation Period is each Business Day together with any non-Business Days before it. A Business Day is any day the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) is open for trading, and the SEC requires mutual funds, unit investment trusts, or other investment portfolios to value their securities. ACCUMULATION VALUE The Accumulation Value of this Contract is the sum of the amounts in each of the Divisions of the Variable Separate Account and General Account. You select the Divisions of the Variable Separate Account and General Account to which to allocate the Accumulation Value. The maximum number of Divisions to which the Accumulation Value may be allocated at any one time is shown in the Schedule. ACCUMULATION VALUE IN EACH DIVISION ON THE CONTRACT DATE On the Contract Date, the Accumulation Value is allocated to each Division as elected by you, subject to certain terms and conditions imposed by us. We reserve the right to allocate premium to the Specially Designated Division during any Right to Examine contract period. After such time, allocation will be made proportionately in accordance with the initial allocation(s) as elected by you. ON EACH VALUATION DATE At the end of each subsequent Valuation Period, the amount of Accumulation Value in each Division will be calculated as follows:

  • Meal Period Employees shall receive a meal period which shall commence no less than two (2) hours nor more than five (5) hours from the beginning of the employee's regular shift or when the employee is called in to work on their regular day off. The meal period shall be no less than one-half (½) hour nor more than one (1) hour in duration and shall be without compensation. Should an employee be required to work in excess of five (5) continuous hours from the commencement of their regular shift without being provided a meal period, the employee shall be compensated two (2) times the employee's straight-time hourly rate of pay for the time worked during their normal meal period and be afforded a meal period at the first available opportunity during working hours without compensation.

  • Calculation Dates The interest rate applicable to each Interest Reset Period will be determined by the Calculation Agent on or prior to the Calculation Date (as defined below), except with respect to LIBOR, which will be determined on the particular Interest Determination Date. Upon request of the Holder of a Floating Rate Note, the Calculation Agent will disclose the interest rate then in effect and, if determined, the interest rate that will become effective as a result of a determination made for the next succeeding Interest Reset Date with respect to such Floating Rate Note. The “Calculation Date”, if applicable, pertaining to any Interest Determination Date will be the earlier of: (1) the tenth calendar day after the particular Interest Determination Date or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next succeeding Business Day; or (2) the Business Day immediately preceding the applicable Interest Payment Date or the Maturity Date, as the case may be.

  • Settlement Period (a) For recording time worked, there shall be a settlement period of four weeks. (b) The settlement period shall commence at the beginning of a pay period.
