Weekly Report. If requested in writing to the Borrower by the Administrative Agent or any Lender at any time when a Ratings Event has occurred and is continuing, no later than 5:00 p.m. (New York time) on each Tuesday, a report (a “Weekly Report”) in the form attached hereto, prepared as of the last day of the immediately preceding week; provided that upon receipt of such request from the Administrative Agent or any Lender, the Borrower shall continue to deliver Weekly Reports until notified in writing by the Administrative Agent or the applicable Lender that Weekly Reports are no longer required to be delivered pursuant to the terms hereof.
Weekly Report. As part of its duties, the Settlement Administrator shall provide Class Counsel and Defense Counsel with a weekly status report that tracks the notices that have been mailed; claims received and paid; and objections and opt-out requests received.
Weekly Report. Weekly Report. If a Trigger Event shall have occurred and be continuing, as soon as available, and in any event no later than Wednesday of each calendar week, (x) the Aging Supplemental Information prepared by the Borrower as of the last day of the immediately preceding week and (y) a Borrowing Base Report as of the last day of the immediately preceding week (collectively, the reports and calculations in clauses (x) and (y) are referred to herein as the “Weekly Report”). The Borrower shall be required to deliver a Weekly Report by on each Wednesday thereafter (each Weekly Report relating to the immediately preceding week) until such time as a Trigger Event no longer exists.
Weekly Report. No later than 5:00 p.m. (New York time) on each Tuesday, a report (a “Weekly Report”) in the form attached hereto, prepared as of the last day of the immediately preceding week.
Weekly Report. United shall provide to Tampa Electric, before 5:00 p.m. (in Tampa) on each Monday, a report in a form reasonably satisfactory to Tampa Electric (“Weekly Report”). The Weekly Report shall include the barge loadings for the period from the first day of the Month through the Sunday before the Monday on which United provides the Weekly Report, and include (a) the number (or name) of each barge having Cargo on board, (b) the number of Tons of Cargo on board, (c) the type of Cargo on board, (d) the Tampa Electric Cargo contract number, (e) the loading location of barge, (f) the date the Cargo was loaded, (g) the location of barges, (h) the estimated time of arrival at the UBT Terminal (or if the Cargo is at the UBT Terminal, the number of Days during which the barge has been at the UBT Terminal).
Weekly Report. During the Registry System development phase the Service Provider will provide to Gas Industry Co a weekly project report containing the following information:
(a) a management summary;
(b) an update on the status of the project during the implementation stage;
(c) any work planned over the next two weeks;
(d) whether implementation is on schedule during the implementation stage; and
(e) any issues or risks.
Weekly Report. (a) The Servicer shall prepare and deliver to the Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Company (by telecopy) a Weekly Report, certified by a Financial Officer or Assistant Treasurer on the Weekly Settlement Date (containing information as of the immediately preceding Weekly Cut-Off Date) on or before 9:00 a.m., Atlanta time on such date; provided, however, that if a "system failure" or other similar technical failure shall occur in the operations of the Servicer that produce data included in the Weekly Report, such Weekly Report shall be prepared and telecopied to the Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Company within two Business Days of the date such Weekly Report was otherwise required to be prepared and telecopied to the Agent, the Collateral Agent and the Company.
(b) Upon discovery of any error in any Weekly Report, the Agent, the Company, the Servicer, and the Sellers shall confer and shall agree upon any necessary adjustments to correct such error. Until correction of such error, all Collections shall be retained in the Collection Deposit Account. Unless the Agent has received actual notice of any discrepancy, the Agent, the Lenders and the Company may rely on such Weekly Report for all purposes hereunder, and for all purposes under any other Transaction Document.
Weekly Report. As part of its duties, the Claims Administrator shall provide Class Counsel and Xxxxxxx’x Counsel with a weekly status report that sets forth information including but not limited to: undeliverables, website hits, claims received and paid; and objections and opt-out requests received.
Weekly Report. By Tuesday noon of each week, Xxxxxx Transit will provide to Sound Transit’s Bus Operations Manager and designees a Weekly Report to include: • Scheduled trips by day and total week • Extra trips by day and total week • Total Trips Scheduled by day and total week • Cancelled or Incomplete Trips • Completed Trips by day and total week • Percent Completed by day and total week • Time Points Checked for on-time performance • Percentage of Trips on Time • Peak Pull • Coach Substitutions (PT for ST) by day and total week • Fleet Availability by day and total week “Daily Report” • ST Incomplete and Cancelled Trips with Details
