Weeks Nine. Twelve (9-12) As soon as possible after completion of the written Improvement Plan evaluation report, the evaluator and the employee will meet to develop a remediation plan. The remediation plan will include performance expectations, performance indicators, strategies for improvement, timelines and resources.
