Weeks Nine. Twelve (9-12) As soon as possible after completion of the written Improvement Plan evaluation report, the evaluator and the employee will meet to develop a remediation plan. The remediation plan will include performance expectations, performance indicators, strategies for improvement, timelines and resources. a. The employee shall be observed no less than thirty (30) times and such observations must be at least thirty (30) minutes in duration. b. Within two (2) working days after each observation the evaluator shall provide the employee written feedback as a part of the observation process.
