Common use of Weeks Vacation Clause in Contracts

Weeks Vacation. Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take three (3) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal year following the date of employment. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of one and one-quarter (1 1/4) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Weeks Vacation. Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take three five (35) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal year years following the date in which they complete fourteen (14) years of employmentservice. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of one two and one-quarter twelfth (1 1/42 1/12) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Weeks Vacation. Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take three six (36) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent fiscal years following in which they complete fiscal year following the date twenty-four (24) years of employmentservice. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of one two and one-quarter half (1 1/42 1/2) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take three four (34) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal year years following the date in which they complete three (3) years of employmentservice. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of one and onetwo-quarter thirds (1 1/42/3) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take three six (36) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent fiscal years following in which they complete fiscal year following the date twenty-four (24) years of employmentservice. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of one two and one-quarter half (1 1/42 1/2) days for each completed calendar month of service. Permanent part-time, temporary and casual employees shall accumulate vacation credits on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the employee’s entitlement identified above.

Weeks Vacation. 16.3.1 Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii)16.16, employees shall be entitled to take three (3) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal benefit year following the date of employmentemployment and thereafter up to but not including the benefit year in which they complete eight (8) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of one and one-quarter (1 1/41¼) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Weeks Vacation. 16.4.1 Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii)16.16, employees shall be entitled to take three four (34) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first benefit year in which they complete eight (8) or more years of service with the Agency, and subsequent its predecessors and thereafter up to but not including the benefit year in which they complete fiscal year following the date fifteen (15) years of employmentservice. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of one and onetwo-quarter thirds (1 1/41⅔) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Such leave shall be earned at the rate of one two and one-quarter twelfth (1 1/42 1/12) days for each completed calendar month of service.
