Common use of Weeks Vacation Clause in Contracts

Weeks Vacation. Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take five (5) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years following the date in which they complete fourteen (14) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two and one-twelfth (2 1/12) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Weeks Vacation. Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take five three (53) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years year following the date in which they complete fourteen (14) years of serviceemployment. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two one and one-twelfth quarter (2 1/121 1/4) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Weeks Vacation. Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take five six (56) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years following the date in which they complete fourteen twenty-four (1424) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two and one-twelfth half (2 1/121/2) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two one and onetwo-twelfth thirds (2 1/121 2/3) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Weeks Vacation. Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take five four (54) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years following the date in which they complete fourteen six (146) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two one and onetwo-twelfth thirds days (2 1/121 2/3) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Weeks Vacation. Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii), employees shall be entitled to take five six (56) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years following the date in which they complete fourteen twenty-four (1424) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two and one-twelfth half (2 1/121/2) days for each completed calendar month of service. Permanent part-time, temporary and casual employees shall accumulate vacation credits on a pro-rata basis in accordance with the employee’s entitlement identified above.

Weeks Vacation. 16.3.1 Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii)16.16, employees shall be entitled to take five three (53) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years benefit year following the date of employment and thereafter up to but not including the benefit year in which they complete fourteen eight (14) 8) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two one and one-twelfth quarter (2 1/121¼) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Weeks Vacation. 16.4.1 Subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii)16.16, employees shall be entitled to take five four (54) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years following the date benefit year in which they complete fourteen eight (148) or more years of service with the Agency, and its predecessors and thereafter up to but not including the benefit year in which they complete fifteen (15) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two one and onetwo-twelfth thirds (2 1/121⅔) days for each completed calendar month of service.

Weeks Vacation. Subject 16.5.1 Effective January 1, 2020, subject to Article 17.08 and Article 17.01 (a) (ii)16.16, employees shall be entitled to take five (5) weeks vacation leave with pay during the first and subsequent complete fiscal years following the date benefit year in which they complete fourteen fifteen (1415) years of service, and thereafter up to, but not including, the benefit year in which they complete twenty- two (22) years of service. Such leave shall be earned at the rate of two and one-twelfth (2 1/12) days for each completed calendar month of service.
