Weeks W. I. 193 Weeks L.T.D. If totally and permanently disabled at the end of this 5-year period, such employee would also qualify for T.D.B. benefits (Life Insurance Program). Furthermore, during the 5-year period, the employee would be granted leave of absence and would therefore qualify for other Company paid benefits, i.e. O.H.I.P., Dental, Semi-Private coverage, Drugs, etc.
