Weighing-In. All trucks entering and leaving the Landfill to dispose of Solid Waste shall be weighed at the entrance. Trucks owned by Green Ridge and other regular users do not need to be weighed upon leaving if the vehicle tare weights are known. Such trucks must be weighed at least annually to check these weights.

Weighing-In. All trucks entering and leaving the Landfill to dispose of Solid Waste shall be weighed at the entrance. Trucks owned by Xxxxxxxx and other regular users do not need to be weighed upon leaving if the vehicle tare weights are known. Such trucks must be weighed at least annually to check these weights. Automobiles and low-sided pickup trucks shall not be required to weigh in. A special area shall be set aside for such vehicles to dispose of Solid Waste, which shall be usable by the public during hours the Landfill is closed.

  • Weighing 6.1. In order to calculate the quantity of Grain delivered to a Port Terminal Facility:

  • Container An intermodal cargo carrying device capable of road transport when mounted on a chassis or other suitable device. [Revised 11/18/09]

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point Xxxxxx.   • SAMPLE (i) Unless agreed otherwise, wheeled or track lay- ing equipment shall not be operated in areas identified as needing special measures except on roads, landings, tractor roads, or skid trails approved under B5.1 or B6.422. Purchaser may be required to backblade skid trails and other ground disturbed by Purchaser’s Opera- tions within such areas in lieu of cross ditching required under B6.6. Additional special protection measures needed to protect such known areas are identified in C6.24.

  • RE-WEIGHING PRODUCT Deliveries are subject to re- weighing at the point of destination by the Authorized User. If shrinkage occurs which exceeds that normally allowable in the trade, the Authorized User shall have the option to require delivery of the difference in quantity or to reduce the payment accordingly. Such option shall be exercised in writing by the Authorized User.

  • WELDING TESTS 31.1 On hire welders must possess the qualifications and class of welding ticket specified by the Employer. It will be at the Employer's discretion whether a welder who does not possess the qualifications and class of welding ticket specified will be hired.
