Weight Certificates. A. Each weight certificate issued under the USWA shall be on a form approved by AMS and shall include the following information within its terms:
(1) the caption “United States Warehouse Act, Grain Weight Certificate”;
(2) whether it is an original, a duplicate, or other copy, and that it is Not Negotiable;
(3) the name and location of the warehouse in which the grain is stored or to be stored;
(4) a statement indicating whether the grain is weighed into or out of the warehouse;
(5) the date the certificate is issued;
(6) the consecutive number of the certificate;
(7) the weight of grain represented by the certificate;
(8) a statement that the certificate is issued by a weigher licensed under the USWA and the regulations; and
(9) the signature of the licensed weigher.
B. In addition to the provisions of subsection A (above) of this Section, the weight certificate may include any other matter consistent with the USWA or its regulations in this part, if pre-approved by AMS.
C. In lieu of a USWA weight certificate in the form prescribed in subsection A (above) of this Section, an official weight certificate issued pursuant to the AMA or the USGSA on grain stored or to be stored in a warehouse licensed under the USWA will be acceptable for purposes of the USWA and its regulations.
Weight Certificates. Except as contemplated by Section 2.4(b), the inbound weight certificates generated pursuant to Section 2.4(b) will determine the quantity of Feedstock for which Producer is obligated to pay pursuant to Article 3.
Weight Certificates. A. Each weight certificate issued under the USWA by a licensed weigher must be in a form approved by DACO, and include each of the following information within its terms:
1. the caption “United States Warehouse Act, Cotton Weight Certificate,”
2. whether it is an original, a duplicate, or other copy, and that it is not negotiable,
3. the name and location of the warehouse in which the cotton is or is to be stored, 4. the date of the certificate,
5. the consecutive number of the certificate,
6. the location of the cotton at the time of weighing,
7. the identification of each bale of cotton by the tag number given to the bale in accordance with this Agreement or if there is no such tag number by other marks or numbers,
8. the gross, or net and tare, weight of the cotton and a statement of such condition that is materially affecting its weight which may be added to the weigher’s estimate of the number of pounds which should be allowed for such condition,
9. A statement that the certificate is issued by a weigher licensed under the USWA, and
10. The signature of the licensed weigher.

7. the identification of each bale of cotton by the tag number given to the bale in accordance with this Agreement or if there is no such tag number by other marks or numbers,
8. the gross, or net and tare, weight of the cotton and a statement of such condition that is materially affecting its weight which may be added to the weigher’s estimate of the number of pounds which should be allowed for such condition,
9. A statement that the certificate is issued by a weigher licensed under the USWA, and
10. The signature of the licensed weigher.
B. In addition to the provisions of paragraph A, the weight certificate may include any other matter not inconsistent with the USWA or 7 CFR Part 735 provided the authorization of the AMS is first secured.
Weight Certificates. The outbound weight certificates generated pursuant to Section 3.1 will determine the quantity of DGS for which Bunge is obligated to pay pursuant to Section 5. Producer will provide a copy of each such weight certificate to Bunge at the same time that such certificate is produced.
Weight Certificates. 1. Each weight certificate issued under the Act by an inspector must be in a form approved for the purpose by FSA, and include the following information within its terms:
a. The caption "United States Warehouse Act, Cottonseed Weight Certificate”.
b. Whether it is an original, a duplicate, or other copy, and that it is not negotiable.
c. The name and location of the warehouse in which the cottonseed is or is to be stored.
d. The date of the certificate.
e. The consecutive number of the certificate.
f. The identification number of the lot or bag.
g. The location of the cottonseed at the time of weighing.
h. The gross weight of the cottonseed.
i. A statement that the certificate is issued by a weigher licensed under the United States Warehouse Act and the regulations thereunder.
j. The signature of the licensed weigher.
2. In addition to the provisions of paragraph 1, the weight certificate may include any other matter consistent with the Act or the regulations in this part provided the authorization of FSA is first secured.
Weight Certificates. The contractor shall attach the original copy of each weight cer- tificate to the invoice for services.

Weight Certificates. The contractor shall attach the original copy of each weight cer- tificate to the invoice for services. As prescribed in 47.207–5(b), insert a clause substantially as follows in so- licitations and contracts for transpor- tation or for transportation-related services when the contractor is re- quired to furnish supervision, labor, or materials: The Contractor shall furnish adequate su- pervision, labor, materials, supplies, and equipment necessary to perform all the serv- ices contemplated under this contract in an orderly, timely, and efficient manner. As prescribed in 47.207–5(c), insert a clause substantially as follows in so- licitations and contracts for the trans- portation of household goods or office furniture:
Weight Certificates. A duplicate certified ticket, giving weight of material in the truck and the date and time of weighing, shall be given to the Engineer on the job as soon as the truck arrives at the site. All trucks used for hauling asphalt concrete shall be weighed empty daily at such times as directed by the Engineer.
