Well Days/Hours. 1. Unit employees earn well time as follows: a) A full-time bargaining unit member who uses sixteen (16) hours or less of his or her sick leave earned between July 1 and June 30 shall earn eight (8) hours normally earned pursuant to Section 8.I.1
