Wetlands Information. From the information provided by the State, the wetland areas are to be staked, fenced and the delineation surveyed by the Engineer. The survey data must be electronically transferred to the Plan and Profile (P&P) sheets and the volumes calculated for the delineated areas.
Wetlands Information. During the early planning stages, PRODUCER will determine the proximity of the prospective Bion NMS site to wetlands. BION will consult, as needed, with PRODUCER and the State regulatory authorities concerning freshwater wetland regulations that may be applicable. In addition, PRODUCER may be required to consult with USDA's Fish and Wildlife Service and the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers for wetlands under their jurisdiction.
Wetlands Information. The Engineer shall electronically transfer the wetland areas surveyed in Phase I to the P&P sheets and calculate the volumes of the delineated areas. The surveying delineation work and electronic transfer of information will be performed under a separate agreement.
Wetlands Information. The staking and the surveying of Wetlands are not included in this scope of work and can be added as a supplemental scope item.
