The documents and materials shall be organized in chronological order by date and indexed. The index should include a brief description of each document. The index should be updated on a regular basis. The project record shall be maintained by the ENGINEER throughout the duration of this work authorization. Indirect and Cumulative Impacts a. The Engineer shall complete the Induced Growth Indirect Impacts Decision Tree and Risk Assessment for Indirect Impacts and shall coordinate with the State for approval.
Indirect and Cumulative Impacts. TxDOT may require a detailed analysis of the direct, indirect and cumulative impacts of the proposed project to environmental and social resources within the study area. This analysis requires a 7-step process to determine indirect impacts that are anticipated to result from the proposed project, followed by an 8-step process to determine other reasonably foreseeable actions which would cumulatively affect the resources identified within the study area. Potential mitigation for those impacts is also to be addressed.

In accordance with TxDOT guidance, because the project purpose and need does not include economic development, and because the project is in a rural area outside of a Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) boundary, induced growth indirect impacts analysis is not required and is not included in this scope of services.
