WHEN DEPOSITS ARE RECEIVED. For determining the availability of Your deposits, every day is a Business Day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. However, only deposits made to an employee at a banking center, at a MidFirst ATM, or via Mobile Deposit or Business Mobile Deposit before the cutoff time on a Business Day that We are open will be considered received on that day. For most MidFirst banking centers, the cutoff time is the time the banking center closes on a Business Day. However, certain MidFirst banking centers have earlier cutoff times, but in no case will the cutoff time be earlier than 2:00 p.m. For most ATMs, the cutoff time is 4:00 p.m. central time. Deposits made after the cutoff time applicable to the banking center or ATM at which the deposit is made or on a day We are not open are considered received on the next Business Day We are open. Bank by mail deposits received before 4:00 p.m. on a Business Day will be considered received on the day of receipt. Later deliveries and those received on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays will be considered received on the next Business Day We are open.   • Returned Deposits Any credit to your account for checks deposited using Mobile Deposit is provisional. If original checks deposited through Mobile Deposit are dishonored, rejected, returned unpaid by the drawee bank, or are rejected or returned by a clearing agent or collecting bank, for any reason, including, but not limited to, issues relating to the quality of the image, you agree that an original check will not be returned to you and that we may charge back the amount of the original check and provide you with an image of the original check, a paper reproduction of the original check, or a substitute check. You will reimburse us for all loss, cost, damage or expense caused by, or relating to, the processing of the returned item. Without our approval, you shall not attempt to deposit or otherwise negotiate an original check if it has been charged back to you. We may debit any of your accounts to obtain payment for any item that has been rejected or returned, for any adjustment related to such item or for any warranty claim related to such item, whether or not the rejection, return, adjustment or warranty claim was made timely.

  • WITHDRAWALS AND DEPOSITS Unless You have made other arrangements with Us, amounts credited to Your Account as a result of deposits using the Debit Card will not be available for withdrawal until the deposits are verified and negotiable items such as cheques are paid. Withdrawals or transfers effected by the use of the Debit Card will be debited to Your Account at the time they are made. You will not deposit any coins or worthless, counterfeit or fraudulent items to Your Account, into any ATM, or using Your Mobile Device, and will pay to Us any damages, costs or losses suffered by Us as a result of any such deposit.

  • Delinquent Accounts Collections: In the event GROUP’s account becomes delinquent, SHOP shall undertake collections per State Accounting Manual (XXX) Section 8776.6 (non-employee accounts receivable).

  • Direct Deposits The Credit Union may offer direct deposit options allowing you to preauthorize deposits (i.e., payroll checks, Social Security or retirement checks, or other government checks) or preauthorize transfers from other accounts at the Credit Union. You must authorize any direct deposits to your accounts by a separate authorization form. If applicable, you must notify the Credit Union at least thirty (30) days prior to any direct deposit or preauthorized transfer if you wish to cancel or change the direct deposit or direct transfer option. Upon a filing of a bankruptcy, if you fail to cancel any direct deposit authorization, you instruct your employer and the Credit Union to make and apply direct deposits in accordance with your authorization on file with the Credit Union. If the Credit Union is required to reimburse the U.S. Government for any benefit payment directly deposited into your account for any reason, you agree the Credit Union may deduct the amount returned from any of your accounts, unless prohibited by law.

  • Cash Deposits Within the limitations of this Subsection, Purchaser shall make cash deposits to meet Purchaser’s obligations within 15 days of billing by Forest Service. Deposits shall be made to Forest Service, U.S.D.A., by mail or delivery to the address to be fur- nished by Forest Service. Forest Service shall explain the bill at the time it requests each deposit.

  • Xxxx Individual Retirement Custodial Account The following constitutes an agreement establishing a Xxxx XXX (under Section 408A of the Internal Revenue Code) between the depositor and the Custodian.

The custodian named above has given the participant the disclosure statement required by Regulations section 1.408-6. The participant and the custodian make the following agreement:

  • Withdrawals from Accounts Amounts credited to the Certificate Account and the Trust Account on any Distribution Date shall be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Xxx for application towards the distributions required hereby. In the event that amounts shall remain in the Certificate Account in any month following distribution of the Lower Tier Distribution Amount for such month, such amounts may be withdrawn by Xxxxxx Mae as compensation for its administrative and guaranty obligations or as reimbursement to Xxxxxx Xxx for any advance by it pursuant to such guaranty obligations under Sections 2.04 and 3.07 hereof. Any amount so withdrawn shall no longer be a part of the Lower Tier REMIC.
