Promotion to a Higher Classification An employee who is promoted to a higher rated classification within the bargaining unit will be placed in the range of the higher rated classification so that he shall receive no less an increase in wage rate than the equivalent of one step in the wage rate of his previous classification (provided that he does not exceed the wage rate of the classification to which he has been promoted).
Return to Former Class An employee who is returned to a former class following promotion, transfer, or demotion due to layoff, shall receive that step of the range which he or she would have received had he or she never left the former class.
Revenue Metering The Connecting Transmission Owner’s revenue metering will be located on the generator side of the 115kV breaker at the Xxxxx Solar Collector Substation and will consist of: • three (3) combination current/voltage transformer (“CT/VT”) units (manufacturer and model ABB/Xxxxxxx KXM-550, GE Grid Solutions KOTEF 000.XX, or other equivalent specified by Connecting Transmission Owner); and • one (1) revenue meter. The ratios of the CTs and VTs will be provided by Connecting Transmission Owner upon its review of the Interconnection Customer’s design documents. Class Mail When mailed first class to the last address of the recipient known to the party giving notice, notice is effective three mail delivery days after deposit in a United States Postal Service office or mailbox.
Check Meters Developer, at its option and expense, may install and operate, on its premises and on its side of the Point of Interconnection, one or more check meters to check Connecting Transmission Owner’s meters. Such check meters shall be for check purposes only and shall not be used for the measurement of power flows for purposes of this Agreement, except as provided in Article 7.4 below. The check meters shall be subject at all reasonable times to inspection and examination by Connecting Transmission Owner or its designee. The installation, operation and maintenance thereof shall be performed entirely by Developer in accordance with Good Utility Practice.

Working Together Watford Borough Council agrees to work with the PFRA to raise awareness regarding this site management scheme, including explaining what face-to-face fundraising is, the PFRA, the Code of Fundraising Practice, and facts about Direct Debit. The PFRA monitors member organisations, through a programme of random spot- checks, responding to complaints, and other mechanisms, to ensure fundraisers’ adherence to the Code of Fundraising Practice, PFRA Rules, and Site Management Agreements. The PFRA can give appropriate penalties or sanctions to those not abiding by the rules. This SMA will be reviewed 6 months after it is signed, and then once every 12 months, if necessary, or earlier if there is just cause to do so. All amendments will be agreed in writing before becoming effective. Either party can withdraw from this agreement, giving 3 months’ notice in writing. Depending on when this agreement is signed, in relation to the PFRA’s bidding/allocation cycle, there will be a lead-time of up to 8 weeks before the agreement can be fully implemented. Net Metering If you generate electricity from a renewable generating facility to offset your electricity consumption and/or use net metering at any time during the term of this Agreement, you must notify Starion.
What Forms of Distribution Are Available from a Xxxxxxxxx Education Savings Account Distributions may be made as a lump sum of the entire account, or distributions of a portion of the account may be made as requested.
