METHOD OF CALCULATION OF PROPORTIONATE SHARE WHEREVER REFERRED TO IN THE AGREEMENT Wherever in this Agreement it is stipulated that the Allottee has to make any payment, in common with other Allottee(s) in Project, the same shall be the proportion which the carpet area of the [Apartment/Plot] bears to the total carpet area of all the [Apartments/Plots] in the Project.
Payment Terms – Payment in Arrears A. Invoices are to be submitted in arrears to the user agency/department to the ship- to address, unless otherwise directed in this CONTRACT. Payment for Unused Sick Leave a. An employee with less than ten (10) years of continuous University service, as defined herein, who separates from the University shall not be paid for any unused sick leave. For employees appointed on or before 1/7/03 University service includes continuous employment by the University or the State of Florida.
