Disaster Related Relief If you qualify (for example, you sustained an economic loss due to, or are otherwise considered affected by, certain disasters designated by Congress), you may be eligible for favorable tax treatment on distributions, rollovers, and other transactions involving your IRA. Qualified disaster relief may include penalty-tax free early distributions made during specified timeframes for each disaster, the ability to include distributions in your gross income ratably over multiple years, the ability to roll over distributions to an eligible retirement plan without regard to the 60-day rollover rule, and more. Specific Performance; Injunctive Relief The parties hereto acknowledge that Parent will be irreparably harmed and that there will be no adequate remedy at law for a violation of any of the covenants or agreements of Stockholder set forth herein. Therefore, it is agreed that, in addition to any other remedies that may be available to Parent upon any such violation, Parent shall have the right to enforce such covenants and agreements by specific performance, injunctive relief or by any other means available to Parent at law or in equity.
Debtor Relief Any Company (a) is not Solvent, (b) fails to pay its Liabilities generally as they become due, (c) voluntarily seeks, consents to, or acquiesces in the benefit of any Debtor Relief Law, or (d) becomes a party to or is made the subject of any proceeding provided for by any Debtor Relief Law, other than as a creditor or claimant, that could suspend or otherwise adversely affect the Rights of any Credit Party granted in the Loan Documents (unless, if the proceeding is involuntary, the applicable petition is dismissed within sixty (60) days after its filing).
Urgent relief Despite any other provision of this Agreement, each party may take steps to seek urgent injunctive or equitable relief before an appropriate court.
Specific Performance and Injunctive Relief Notwithstanding the availability of legal remedies, Mortgagee will be entitled to obtain specific performance, mandatory or prohibitory injunctive relief, or other equitable relief requiring Mortgagor to cure or refrain from repeating any Default.
