When Your Coverage Terminates. Your membership in this plan terminates on the earliest of the date:  you are not eligible  you are not employed by the participating Employer  you do not belong to a participating group  you do not live in Canada  your disability benefit terminates and you do not return to work  the group benefit plan terminates. If you are totally disabled on the date your membership terminates you will remain entitled to a benefit subject to the terms and conditions of the plan.
