Eligible Employee For purposes of the SIMPLE 401(k) Plan provisions, any Employee who is entitled to make Elective Deferrals under the terms of the SIMPLE 401(k) Plan.
All Employees to be Members All employees of the Employer, as a condition of continuing employment, shall become and remain members in good standing of the Union, according to the Constitution and By-Laws of the Union. All future employees of the Employer shall, as a condition of continued employment, become and remain members in good standing in the Union from the date of hire.

Disability of Member Upon the disability of a Member, the Member may continue to act as Manager hereunder or appoint a person to so serve until the Member's Interests and Capital Account of the Member have been transferred or distributed.
Adoption Agreement The document executed by the Employer through which it adopts the Plan and agrees to be bound by all terms and conditions of the Plan.
Termination of Membership You may terminate your membership by giving us written notice or by withdrawing your minimum required membership share(s), if any, and closing all your accounts. You may be denied services for causing a loss to the Credit Union, or you may be expelled for any reason as allowed by applicable law.
Death of Member Upon the death of the Member, the Company shall be dissolved. By separate written documentation, the Member shall designate and appoint the individual who will wind down the Company’s business and transfer or distribute the Member's Interests and Capital Account as designated by the Member or as may otherwise be required by law.
PARTICIPANT’S ACCEPTANCE The undersigned hereby accepts the foregoing Option and agrees to the terms and conditions hereof, including the terms and provisions of the 2015 Equity Incentive Plan. The undersigned hereby acknowledges receipt of a copy of the Company’s 2015 Equity Incentive Plan.
Deferral Election A Participant may elect to defer all or a specified percentage of the Compensation earned in a Plan Year by such Participant for serving as a member of the Board of any Participating Fund or as a member of any committee or subcommittee thereof. Reimbursement of expenses of attending meetings of the Board, committees of the Board or subcommittees of such committees may not be deferred. Such election shall be made by executing before the first day of such Plan Year such election notice as the Administrator may prescribe; provided, however, that upon first becoming eligible to participate in the Plan by reason of appointment to a Board, a Participant may file a Deferral Election not later than 30 days after the effective date of such appointment, which election shall apply to Compensation earned in the portion of the Plan Year commencing the day after such election is filed and ending on the last day of such Plan Year.
