Programme Fee definition

Programme Fee shall have the meaning provided in Article 2.2.

More Definitions of Programme Fee

Programme Fee means the fee for the Programme to be paid by the Organisation or Participant to the University for the execution of the Programme in accordance with the terms of these Terms and Conditions;

Programme Fee means the Programme Fee payable in relation to the Programme as specified in Part 4;

Related to Programme Fee

  • Developer Fee means the fee earned by the Developer.

  • Program Fee As defined in the Fee Letter.

  • Base Fee means the amount of compensation mutually agreed upon for the completion of Basic Services.

  • Development Fee means a fee for the packaging of a Property, including negotiating and approving plans, and undertaking to assist in obtaining zoning and necessary variances and necessary financing for the Property, either initially or at a later date.
