Common use of Where there Clause in Contracts

Where there. is a violation of the scheduling provisions (if any) pertaining to consecutive days of work or time off between shifts, the Employer will pay the employee premium pay of one and one-half times her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked for the following tour of duty subject to Article 16.02.

Where there. is a violation of the scheduling provisions (if any) pertaining to consecutive days of work or time off between shifts, the Employer will pay the employee premium pay of one and one-half times her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked for the following tour of duty subject to Article 16.0216.01.

It is understood that this does not apply to requests, call-ins, etc.

Where there. is a violation of the scheduling provisions (if any) pertaining to consecutive days of work or time off between shifts, the Employer will pay the employee premium pay of one and one-half times timed her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked for the following tour of duty subject to Article 16.0216.01.

Where there. is a violation of the scheduling provisions (if any) pertaining to consecutive days of work or time off between shifts, the Employer will pay the employee premium pay of one and one-half (1 ½) times her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked for the following tour of duty duty, subject to Article 16.02.

Where there. is a violation of the scheduling provisions (if any) pertaining to consecutive days of work or time off between shiftsbeen shifts or any other provision in Article 15 above, the Employer will pay the employee premium pay of one and one-half times her regular straight time hourly rate for all hours worked for the following tour of duty subject to Article 16.02.
