Common use of Where Clause in Contracts

Where. a number of nurses have identical grievances and each nurse would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each nurse who is grieving to the Chief Nursing Officer or designate within fourteen (14) calendar days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the nurse(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

Where. a number of nurses have identical grievances and each nurse would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each nurse who is grieving to the Chief Nursing Officer Executive or designate within fourteen (14) calendar days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the nurse(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

Where. a number of nurses have identical grievances and each nurse would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each nurse who is grieving to the Chief Nursing Officer Manager in charge of the department/unit (or designate designate) within fourteen (14) calendar days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the nurse(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.

Where. a number of nurses have identical grievances and each nurse would be entitled to grieve separately they may present a group grievance in writing signed by each nurse who is grieving to the Chief Nursing Officer Director of Human Resources or designate within fourteen (14) calendar days after the circumstances giving rise to the grievance have occurred or ought reasonably to have come to the attention of the nurse(s). The grievance shall then be treated as being initiated at Step No. 1 2 and the applicable provisions of this Article shall then apply with respect to the processing of such grievance.
