Who May Respond. Any Florida Licensed Pest Control Service Company may respond. To be eligible for award, a Bidder must satisfy the requirements, specifications, terms, and conditions of the solicitation and demonstrate their capability to perform a State Term Contract in the State of Florida. NOTE: Pursuant to section 607.1501, Florida Statutes, out-of-state corporations where required, must obtain a Florida Certificate of Authorization pursuant to section 607.1503, Florida Statutes, from the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations, to transact business in the State of Florida.
