Who Receives the Supplementary Grant. The supplementary grant will be made only to probationary and regular employees. Employees who are receiving Workplace Safety and Insurance Board benefits for claims or injuries suffered while in the employ of an employer other than the Company are required to notify the Company of being in receipt of those benefits in order to qualify for the supplementary grant. These employees will not be eligible for sick leave while receiving Workplace Safety and Insurance Board benefits that qualify for the supplementary grant.
