Winter National Holidays. 4. If an On-call employee is unavailable to work during the next scheduled period, he/she must notify his/her supervisor two (2) weeks prior to the schedule being posted. If not scheduled within three (3) months, they will be terminated. 5. Any health care professional employee in this unit from other facility departments who volunteers to work shifts in the above listed departments is exempt from paragraphs C1-C4 above.
