Common use of WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM Clause in Contracts

WITHDRAWAL FROM THE PROGRAM. You may withdraw from the school at any time after the cancellation period (described above) and receive a pro rata refund if you have completed 60 percent or less of the scheduled days in the current payment period in your program through the last day of attendance. The refund will be less a registration or administration fee not to exceed $250.00, and less any deduction for equipment not returned in good condition, within 45 days of withdrawal. If the student has completed more than 60% of the period of attendance for which the student was charged, the tuition is considered earned and the student will receive no refund. The amount owed equals the daily charge for the program (total institutional charge, minus non-refundable fees, charge divided by the number of days hours in the program), multiplied by the number of days hours scheduled to attend, prior to withdrawal. For the purpose of determining when the refund must be paid, the student shall be deemed to have withdrawn at the end of three (3) consecutive weeks. If the student has completed more than 60% of the period of attendance for which the student was charged, the tuition is considered earned and the student will receive no refund. The amount owed equals If a Cancellation is submitted prior to the daily charge for end of business hours of the program day before the first week of the trimester in which the student is enrolled, a full refund of tuition, fees (total institutional charge, minus other than non-refundable fees) shall be granted to the student. Students who submit a cancellation of registration after the 1st week of trimester are not eligible to receive refund of any fees, divided by but are eligible for partial refunds of tuition up to sixty percent (60%) of the number course of days in instruction calculated based on the program), multiplied by date of the number of days scheduled to attend, prior to withdrawal. For VU Front Office receives the purpose of determining when the refund must be paid, completed withdrawal notice from the student shall be deemed to have withdrawn at the end of three (3) consecutive weeks. If the student has completed more than as follows: Student Charges: 1st Week: No Charge, 100% Refund 2nd Week: 10% Charged, 90% Refund 3rd Week: 20% Charged, 80% Refund 4th Week: 30% Charged, 70% Refund 5th Week: 40% Charged, 60% of the period of attendance for which the student was chargedRefund 6th Week: 50% Charged, the tuition is considered earned and the student will receive no refund. 50% Refund 7th Week No Refund If any portion of the tuition was paid from the proceeds of a loan or third party, the refund shall be sent to the lender, third party or, if appropriate, to the state or federal agency that guaranteed or reinsured the loan. The Academy reserves the institution; and/or failure right to meet financial obligations to involuntarily withdraw any Student whose conduct reflects discredit on the School.  The student has failed to attend class for three (3) consecutive weeks (online professional or onsite).  The student fails to return from a leave ethical standards of absencethe Academy. For the purpose of determining the amount of the refund, the date of the student’s 's withdrawal shall be deemed the last date of recorded attendance. Students are expected to attend classes punctually unless extenuating circumstances exist (3) consecutive weeks (online e.g. Verified cases of accidents, illness, or onsiteother circumstances beyond the control of the student).  • The student Student fails to return from a leave of absenceabsence by the next planned session. For the purpose of determining the amount of the refundIf Opportunity Junction has received tuition funding via a 3rd party Funder, the date of the student’s withdrawal shall be deemed the last date of recorded attendance. For the purpose of determining when the refund must be paid, the student shall be deemed to have withdrawn at the end of three (3) consecutive weeks.
