Without Cause By Executive. Executive may terminate the Employment Term at any time during such Term for any reason whatsoever by giving a Notice of Termination to Employer. The Date of Termination pursuant to this Section 3.2.2 shall be thirty (30) days after the Notice of Termination is given.
Without Cause By Executive. The Executive may terminate the Executive's employment under this Agreement at any time upon giving at least sixty (60) day’s advance written notice. If the Executive terminates the Executive’s employment in accordance with this paragraph, the Executive shall be entitled to continuation in payment of his Base Salary and to continued coverage under the Company’s employee benefit plans and programs described in Section 4(c) hereof until the end of the month following said notice.
Without Cause By Executive. Executive may terminate the Employment Period for any reason whatsoever by giving a Notice of Termination to Employer. The Employer requests that the effective Termination Date pursuant to this Section be the earlier of (a) the date, following the date of the Notice of Termination, upon which a suitable replacement for Executive is found by the Employer, or (b) 60 days after the date of receipt by Employer of the Notice of Termination.
Without Cause By Executive. In the event that the Employment Period is terminated by Executive pursuant to Section 3.2(b) hereof, the Company will pay to Executive the Base Salary and the benefits set forth in Sections 2.3(a) and 2.3(b) hereof through the Date of Termination.
Without Cause By Executive. In the event that the Employment Term is terminated by Executive pursuant to Section 3.2.2 hereof, Employer shall pay to Executive Base Salary through the effective Date of Termination. In addition, Employer shall pay Executive, in a single lump-sum, an amount equal to any unpaid but earned Bonuses through the effective Date of Termination.
Without Cause By Executive. In the event that the Employment Term is terminated by Executive pursuant to Section 3.2.2, Employer shall pay to Executive in a single lump-sum within forty-five (45) days of the date of termination an amount equal to any unpaid but earned Base Salary through the date of termination in accordance with Employer’s regular payroll practices. Employer shall also pay any annual bonus, pursuant to Section 2.2.1, earned but unpaid as of the date of termination for any previously completed fiscal year in accordance with the terms of the bonus, and such employee benefits to which Executive may be entitled under the employee benefit plans of Employer.
Without Cause By Executive. Executive may terminate his employment with the Company without Cause by giving Company not less than sixty (60) days’ prior written notice.
Without Cause By Executive. Executive may terminate the Employment Term at any time during such Term for any reason or no reason whatsoever by giving a written notice of termination to Employer. The Executive’s decision not to renew the Employment Term before the end of the Term, or before the end of any renewal period in which the Executive has not attained age sixty-five (65), is a termination of the Employment Term without Cause by the Executive. The date of termination for this Section 3.2.2 shall be thirty (30) days after the notice of termination is given. Employer shall have the option of excluding Executive from Employer’s premises and restricting Executive from performing work for Employer during the notice period.
Without Cause By Executive. Executive may terminate this Agreement without cause.
Without Cause By Executive. In the event that the Employment Period is terminated by Executive pursuant to Section 3.2.2 hereof, (i) prior to the end of the Initial Period, then Resources will pay to Executive the Base Salary and the benefits set forth in Sections 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 hereof through the Date of Termination or (ii) subsequent to the Initial Period, then Resources will pay to Executive in a single lump sum an amount equal to (x) the Base Salary and the benefits set forth in Section 2.3.1 and 2.3.2 through such Date of Termination and (y) $1,000,000.
