Common use of Witnesses/View of Premises Clause in Contracts

Witnesses/View of Premises. During the arbitration process, the parties may have the assistance of the employee(s) concerned as witnesses and/or any other necessary witnesses; further, on request of the arbitrator(s), the Employer will make all reasonable arrangements to permit him and representatives of the parties to have access to its premises to view any working conditions which may be relevant to the resolution of the matter.
