Women’s Health Specialists. The Contractor shall provide female Enrollees with direct access to a women’s health specialist within the network for covered care necessary to provide women’s routine and preventative health care services. This is in addition to the Enrollee’s designated source of primary care if that source is not a women’s health specialist.

Women’s Health Specialists. In addition to a primary care provider a female enrollee may have a women’s health specialist. The HMO must provide female enrollees with direct access to a women’s health specialist within the network for covered women’s routine and preventive health care services.

  • Health Care The Company will reimburse the Executive for the cost of maintaining continuing health coverage under COBRA for a period of no more than 12 months following the date of termination, less the amount the Executive is expected to pay as a regular employee premium for such coverage. Such reimbursements will cease if the Executive becomes eligible for similar coverage under another benefit plan.

  • Benefit Programs The Executive shall be eligible to participate in any plans, programs or forms of compensation or benefits that the Company or the Company’s subsidiaries provide to the class of employees that includes the Executive, on a basis not less favorable than that provided to such class of employees, including, without limitation, group medical, disability and life insurance, paid time-off, and retirement plan, subject to the terms and conditions of such plans, programs or forms of compensation or benefits.
