Work Adjustment Training (WAT) Services, Includes Hospitality Skills Training and Retail Training WAT services are designed to address specific behaviors and attitudes which are anticipated to impede successful employment, based on referral information from DORS. BENEDICTINE SCHOOL OF EXCEPTIONAL CHILDREN, INC. shall develop with the individual a plan for WAT Services which describes in writing the behaviors which prohibit the individual from achieving his/her job goal, as well as the plan of action to be taken. As a result of discussing the individual’s plan for WAT services, all of the participants in the process should know specifically which behaviors or problems are being addressed, the objectives or goals which are to be accomplished and the techniques, methods, and procedures which are to be used in accomplishing the necessary changes.

  • Training Services Training Services may include pre-packaged training Products, and/or the development or customization of training programs as requested, including Live Training, Computer Based/Multi-Media Training which encompasses Internet-Delivered Training, and/or Video Based Training.

  • Attachment A, Scope of Services The scope of services is amended as follows:

  • Private Duty Nursing Services This plan covers private duty nursing services, received in your home when ordered by a physician, and performed by a certified home healthcare agency. This plan covers these services when the patient requires continuous skilled nursing observation and intervention.

  • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011. Notwithstanding ANSI/EIA-649 2011, the Contractor’s configuration management program shall comply with the VLS Configuration Management Plans, TL130-AD-PLN-010-VLS, and shall comply with the following:
