Common use of Work After Retirement Clause in Contracts

Work After Retirement. The Employer shall advise all Nurses who are seeking retirement about the possibility of returning to work as a Casual Nurse or a Regular Part- Time Nurse while at the same time being in receipt of pension benefits in accordance with provisions of the NSHEPP Pension Plan and the Portability provisions of Article 21 of this Collective Agreement.

Work After Retirement. The Employer shall advise all Nurses who are seeking retirement about the possibility of returning to work as a Casual Nurse or a Regular Part- Part-Time Nurse while at the same time being in receipt of pension benefits in accordance with provisions of the NSHEPP Pension Plan and the Portability provisions of Article 21 of this Collective Agreement.

The Employer shall advise all Nurses who are seeking retirement about the possibility of returning to work as a Casual Nurse or a Regular Part- Part-Time Nurse while at the same time being in receipt of pension benefits in accordance with provisions of the NSHEPP Pension Plan and the Portability provisions of Article 21 of this Collective Agreement. This Article does not guarantee any Nurse the availability of work after retirement.

The Employer shall advise all Nurses who are seeking retirement about the possibility of returning to work as a Casual Nurse or a Regular Part- Part-Time Nurse while at the same time being in receipt of pension benefits in accordance with provisions of the NSHEPP Pension Plan and the Portability provisions of Article 21 22 of this Collective Agreement.

This Article does not guarantee any Nurse the availability of work after retirement.
