Work After Shift Ends. (1) An employee required to work overtime beyond the end of his/her scheduled shift, shall receive not less than four (4) hours pay at base hourly rate or one and one-half (1-1/2) times base hourly rate, plus one and one-half (1-1/2) times applicable shift differential for all such work performed, whichever is greater.
