Work Assignment Transfers. All applicants for a work assignment transfer shall be reviewed by the Sheriff, who will consider, but not be limited to, the following criteria: (i) the needs of the Department, (ii) the employee's experience, (iii) the employee's training, (iv) the employee's work record, and (v) the employee's seniority, and (vi) other criteria which may be indicated on the posting.
