Construction and Definitions Unless defined below or otherwise in this Annex A, all of the capitalized terms used in this Annex A shall have the meanings assigned to them in this Agreement:
Scope and Definitions 1. The provisions of this Chapter shall apply to standards, technical regulations, and conformity assessment procedures as defined in the WTO TBT Agreement in so far as they affect trade covered by this Agreement. 2. Name and Definitions Section 1. Name. The name of the Trust is "VANGUARD BOND INDEX FUNDS" and the Trustees shall conduct the business of the Trust under that name or any other name as they may from time to time determine. If the Trustees determine to change the name of the Trust, they may adopt such other name for the Trust as they deem proper. The sale of the subject property may be subjected to any prevailing tax imposed by the Government of Malaysia. In such event where prevailing tax is payable, it shall be paid by the Purchaser in addition to the purchase price payable by the Purchaser. By mutual agreement this contract may be extended to cover other territory.
