WORK BY SUPERVISORS. A. Supervisors (as defined by Chapter 4117.01(f) of the Ohio Revised Code) shall not, by performing their duties in any one of the departments covered by this Contract, displace or cause to be laid off, a regular employee from a regularly scheduled assignment. B. Contract Employees will not assume the duties of employees covered by this Contract in such a way as to displace or cause the layoff of such employee.
