WORK CARRIED OUT BY MANAGEMENT. 14.1 The Employer agrees to not assign work normally carried out by members of the Bargaining Unit under this Collective Agreement to its trusted staff or management, except for supervision, training or equipment evaluation purposes, or in emergency situations.

WORK CARRIED OUT BY MANAGEMENT. 14.1 Assignment of work to a member of management The Employer hereby agrees that unless supervision, training, equipment assessment, or an emergency is involved, it will not assign to management or to members of its trusted staff any work normally carried out by members of the Bargaining Unit.

  • Business Continuity Registry Operator shall maintain a business continuity plan, which will provide for the maintenance of Registry Services in the event of an extraordinary event beyond the control of the Registry Operator or business failure of Registry Operator, and may include the designation of a Registry Services continuity provider. If such plan includes the designation of a Registry Services continuity provider, Registry Operator shall provide the name and contact information for such Registry Services continuity provider to ICANN. In the case of an extraordinary event beyond the control of the Registry Operator where the Registry Operator cannot be contacted, Registry Operator consents that ICANN may contact the designated Registry Services continuity provider, if one exists. Registry Operator shall conduct Registry Services Continuity testing at least once per year.

  • INTERRUPTIONS TO THE TENANCY 5.3.1 To agree that Rent shall cease to be payable, if the Property is destroyed or made uninhabitable by fire, or any other risk against which the Landlord’s policy has insured, until the Property is reinstated and rendered habitable; unless the insurance monies are not recoverable (whether in whole or in part) or the damage needs to be made good because of anything done or not done by the Tenant, their family, or their visitors; or the insurer pays the costs of re-housing the Tenant. It is agreed that the Landlord has no obligation to re-house the Tenant.
