Work Clothes, Safety Shoes & Glasses. (a) The Company will provide free of charge: gloves, safety rubber boots, overalls, and lab coats for all employees where necessary. Replacement of such equipment will be made upon return of worn or damaged items. All employees are expected to wear the clothing provided on the job. It is the responsibility of each employee to take reasonable care of their clothing.

Work Clothes, Safety Shoes & Glasses. (a) The Company will provide free of charge, gloves, safety rubber boots, overalls, and lab coats for all employees where necessary. Replacement of such equipment will be made upon return of worn or damaged items. All employees are expected to wear the clothing provided on the job. It is the responsibility of each employee to take reasonable care of their clothing. Employees holding regular Cellar and Sanitation postings will be reimbursed up to seventy dollars ($70.00) per year for rubber 62 boots with a receipt of purchase which will not count towards the annual boot allowance.

  • Safety Shoes 3901 Employees who are required to wear steel-toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase and/or replacement of these shoes in the first quarter of each year. Any employee out on an authorized leave shall receive payment within thirty days of their return to paid duty. New employees who are required to wear steel- toed safety shoes will receive $200 toward the purchase of shoes in their first paycheck; for employees hired on or after December 1, he/she shall not receive an additional $200 in the first quarter.

  • Safety Glasses 10.3.1 Where a teacher is considered to be working in an “eye danger” area, the teacher shall receive a personal issue of standard neutral safety glasses which shall remain the property of the employer.

  • Prescription Safety Glasses Prescription safety glasses will be furnished by the employer. The employer retains the authority to establish reasonable rules and procedures regarding frequency of issue, replacement of damaged glasses, limits on reimbursement costs and coordination with the employer's vision plan.

  • Drug and Alcohol Testing – Safety-Sensitive Functions A. Employees required to have a Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) are subject to pre-employment, post-accident, random and reasonable suspicion testing in accordance with the U.S. Department of Transportation rules, Coast Guard Regulations (46 CFR Part 16) or the Federal Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act of 1991. The testing will be conducted in accordance with current Employer policy.

  • Safety Footwear 1. The State will provide employees in the classifications listed in Section 7 below, and employees who are currently required to wear safety footwear by Department Work Rules, an allowance of one hundred twenty dollars ($120.00) for replacement of safety footwear.

  • Electrical appliance safety The Hirer shall ensure that any electrical appliances brought by them to the premises and used there shall be safe, in good working order, and used in a safe manner in accordance with the Electricity at Work Regulations 1989. Where a residual circuit breaker is provided the hirer must make use of it in the interests of public safety.
