WORK DAY/PAYMENT. A. Employees shall begin their work day thirty (30) minutes before the student's day begins and shall continue until thirty (30) minutes after the student's school day ends, providing their regular work day shall be no longer than seven (7) consecutive hours, plus a continuous thirty (30) minute duty-free lunch period.
