Common use of Work Gear Clause in Contracts

Work Gear. The City shall continue to supply hip waders or high boots used for shoring or form work. One unpaid thirty (30) minute meal period shall continue to be provided at approximately mid- shift. Two fifteen (15) minute breaks shall continue to be provided for each full-time shift. Clean-up time of fifteen (15) minutes at the end of each work day shall continue to be provided. As in current practice, the Department will not use funeral leave or jury duty to disqualify a xxxxxxxxx from overtime assignments.
