Common use of Work Loads Clause in Contracts

Work Loads. If an employee believes the amount of work he/she is required to perform is excessive over what is required from the rest of the staff and it will result in an occupational accident or occupational injury to him or her, the question shall be referred to Article 11 of this Agreement.
