Common use of Work Location Clause in Contracts

Work Location. (a) Where employees are required to report to a central location in order to be assigned their work location, their shift shall commence from the time they are required to report for assignment. (b) Except in the case of temporary assignment for a duration of less than one month, and except in the case of emergencies, the Employer shall give a regular employee two weeks' advance notice, in writing, stating the reasons, prior to implementing any change in the employee's designated work location.
