Work Offered Through Daily Recall. (a) An 1827 status auxiliary on daily recall will be eligible for paid STIIP benefits if the employee calls in, during the designated call-in period, and informs the Recall Supervisor that they cannot work due to illness or injury. If a junior auxiliary is then called out to perform the work that would otherwise have been given to the ill employee, the ill auxiliary will be paid STIIP benefits.

  • Step Placement A. Employees will be compensated on a salary range consisting of seven (7) steps. The salary percentage differential for the seven (7) steps is as follows:

  • Third-Party Offerings Dell may offer Third-Party Products for use with the APEX Service through an online marketplace, or using Dell’s then-current Third-Party Product resale programs (e.g. “Extended Technologies Complete”, “Software & Peripherals (S&P)”). Third-Party Products that Distributor orders from Dell through these resale programs are referred to as “Third-Party Offerings”. Distributor may offer Third-Party Offerings to Reseller to offer to Customer for Customer’s use, at Distributor’s option, if available. If Distributor chooses to offer Third-Party Offerings to Reseller for Reseller to offer to Customer for Customer’s use, Distributor, Reseller, and Customer are responsible for complying with any terms applicable to the Third-Party Offerings, including any separate fees imposed by the provider of that Third-Party Offering (whether payable to Dell or directly to the third-party provider). Distributor agrees to comply with the standard license, services, warranty, indemnity, and support terms of the third-party manufacturer/supplier (or an applicable direct agreement between Distributor and the third-party manufacturer/supplier) for the Third Party Offering. Even if Dell invoices for them, Dell does not provide support services for Third-Party Offerings. Distributor must contact the applicable third-party directly for support. Third-Party Offerings are provided “AS IS”. Any warranty, damages or indemnity claims against Dell for Third-Party Offerings are expressly excluded. Dell may suspend or terminate provision and hosting of any Third- Party Offerings at any time, and that suspension or termination will not be deemed a material change to the APEX Service for the purpose of Clause 3.2 (Material Modifications).

  • ADDITIONAL USER SUBSCRIPTIONS 3.1 Subject to clause 3.2 and clause 3.3, the Customer may, from time to time during any Subscription Term, purchase additional User Subscriptions in excess of the number set out in paragraph 1 of Schedule 1 and the Supplier shall grant access to the Services and the Documentation to such additional Authorised Users in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.

  • Order Placement To place orders for the Trustee to create or redeem one or more Baskets, Authorized Participants must follow the procedures for creation and redemption referred to in Section 3 of this Agreement and the procedures described in Attachment A hereto (the “Procedures”), as each may be amended, modified or supplemented from time to time.

Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non- server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for On-Premise is intended for use on a dedicated System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the System, Physical Node, Virtual Node or Virtual Guest can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud Red Hat Storage Server for Public Cloud is intended to be used as a storage system and will be supported only when used as a storage node. When running in Amazon Web Services, an EC2 M1 Large dedicated instance is required in order to be supported. Running other applications and/or programs of any type on the same instance can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case. Each Red Hat Storage Server Subscription includes one Software Subscription to Red Hat Enterprise Linux Server and the Scalable File System Add-on, which are supported solely in connection with the use of Red Hat Storage Server. Red Hat Storage for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended to be used as a storage system with Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform and will be supported only when used as a storage node. Red Hat Storage Server is not supported on non-server hardware such as desktops or workstations. Red Hat Storage Server for Red Hat Enterprise Linux OpenStack Platform is intended for use on a dedicated Physical Node; running other applications and/or programs of any type on the Physical Node can have a negative impact on the function and/or performance of the Red Hat Storage Server and is not a supported Use Case.   • BFR (Bona Fide Request) The process described in the Network Element Attachment that prescribes the terms and conditions relating to a Party's request that the other Party provide a UNE that it is not otherwise required to provide under the terms of this Agreement.

  • Services Offered Exhibit I hereto lists and describes all of the services that are available from DRS. DRS hereby offers to supply those services to the Company. Such services are and will be provided to the Company only at the request of the Company.

  • ODUF Pack Rejection 6.4.1 Image Access will notify BellSouth within one (1) business day of rejected packs (via the mutually agreed medium). Packs could be rejected because of pack sequencing discrepancies or a critical edit failure on the Pack Header or Pack Trailer records (e.g., out-of-balance condition on grand totals, invalid data populated). Standard ATIS EMI error codes will be used. Image Access will not be required to return the actual rejected data to BellSouth. Rejected packs will be corrected and retransmitted to Image Access by BellSouth.
