Work on the Holiday. An eligible employee who is required to work on the day observed as a holiday shall receive two times (2X) their straight time rate of pay for all hours actually worked on that day in addition to their holiday pay as defined above. An employee who is required to work on the day observed as a holiday and who does not report to work shall be ineligible for holiday pay under this Article for that holiday unless a justifiable excuse is provided.
