Work Order Contracts. A work order contract must be negotiated and executed (by both the State and the Other Party) for each particular engagement, except for Technical Services provided by the State to the Other Party as specified in Article 2. The work order contract must specify the detailed scope of work and deliverables for that project. The terms of this MPC will apply to all work orders contracts issued, unless specifically varied in the work order. The Other Party understands that this MPC is not a guarantee of any payments or work order assignments, and that payments will only be issued for work actually performed under fully‐executed work orders.
