Work Outside Work Year. A teacher who, on the direction of the Superintendent, works a greater number of days in a school year than the number prescribed for that school year (except for activities which are compensated by allowance or mutually agreed honoraria) shall be compensated by: a. equivalent time off during the school year at a time mutually acceptable to the teacher and the teacher's principal; or b. where the former is not practical in view of the Board, by payment per hour at the rate of 1/5 of the teacher's last "daily salary" as defined elsewhere in this agreement.
