WORK RELATED INJURY OR ILLNESS LEAVE. 8-10-1 Employees temporarily absent from work and unable to perform their regular or modified duties as a result of personal injury incurred in the scope and course of their employment shall be deemed to be on injury leave until they are able to resume their duties. Employees on injury leave shall receive their statutory benefits available under the Workers’ Compensation Act of Colorado.
